We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join the team on a permanent basis with the option of operating from their London or Derby office.
The Role
The Customer Service Executive will deliver the best service possible to the assigned customer portfolio at every stage of the order, as well as supporting the sales team according to company procedures, being aware of the relevance of this area for commercial success.

The Person
The Customer Service Executive will have a high level of attention to detail combined with excellent customer facing skills to ensure the customer is always front and centre. The successful individual will have a good commercial awareness as this is paramount to ensuring long lasting relationships.
You will be a proactive, team orientated individual who is able to work efficiently and effectively within an established customer and sales department but also can work unsupervised and maintain a positive and driven attitude.
