Customer Service Administrator
Location: Scarborough area, North Yorkshire
Salary: £26,000
Contract: Full time, permanent contract
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer service administrator to join our clients Customer Service team based near Malton.
Customer Service responsibilities are:
-Promptly responding to incoming customer service and customer care calls
-Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
-Data entry of new customer orders or amendments to existing orders
-Ensuring adequate material and production capacity is available
-Liaising with other departments to ensure customer requirements are achieved to timescales
-Dealing with any difficulties encountered by the custom
This role would ideally suit a graduate from university, who is looking for a long-standing career to grow within a large organisation, or if you have office and customer service experience then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
