Customer Service Coordinator

Some of the Customer Service responsibilities are:

• Promptly responding to incoming customer service and customer care calls
• Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
• Data entry of new customer orders or amendments to existing orders
• Ensuring adequate material and production capacity is available
• Liaising with other departments to ensure customer requirements are achieved to timescales
• Dealing with any difficulties encountered by the customer

The working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8:15am-4:40pm and Friday 8:15am-3:55pm earning a starting salary of circa �26,000. Dependent on company performance you would also be entitled to a discretionary bonus at the end of the year.
