Our client based in Keighley is looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.



Main Duties and Responsibilities:




  • Receive, process and verify the accuracy of orders in whichever format from customer and input into appropriate IT system.

  • Handle all customer correspondence in an effective, timely and positive manner, promoting the company image at all times.

  • Monitor customer requirements in terms of stock holding and forecasts adherence, and to have regular communication with the customer base to ensure that their usage is fully understood.

  • Aid in the development and continual improvement of order processing and data input within the IT system.

  • Complete required reporting and administrations in required timescales, such as sales tracker, OTIF and ensure price checks are completed on a weekly basis.

  • Liaise with planning in terms of service issues/promotional activity and keep them informed when periods of instability occur.

  • Manage any customer enquiries whether it is related to delivery, invoices or general queries.

  • Check customer call-off a week in advance and highlight any issues to planning.

  • Review customer forecasts and send report to planners.





Person Specification/Skills Required:




  • Excellent communicator and organisational skills

  • Able to demonstrate strong customer focus

  • Friendly and personable, able to communicate well with a broad clientele

  • Good attention to detail, accuracy critical element of role

  • Proactive approach to work

  • Ability to work on own initiative and part of a team

  • Excellent IT Skills (Word/Excel/Internet)

  • Experience in Plastic food packaging industry and BRC Packaging Standards could be an advantage





Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week half hour unpaid break) Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Permanent



Salary:� �24,000 to �26,000 per year
