Job Description
Millers Oils is a leading manufacturer and independent blender of Lubricants, based in Brighouse.
Working as part of the Millers Oils team, you will join us in our mission to be recognised as the best in class, products, programmes and people.
We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our small Internal Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing customer orders and queries in a timely and efficient manner, collaborating with various departments to ensure our customers receive the very best service.

Experience of working in an office based, customer focused environment
Excellent communications skills; verbal and written
Enthusiastic, articulate and willingness to learn

Computer literate - Excel, Word, Presentations, Outlook

Typical responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
Building rapport and providing effective day to day support to existing customers
Receiving customer orders by phone, email or post and dealing with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Establishing the correct products and selling prices applicable to an order and ensuring that orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner following Company procedures
Monitoring order progress and ensuring timely dispatch of orders, keeping customers fully informed on progress and any problems/delays.
Liaising with Production and Logistics as necessary to resolve any issues in order to optimise service to our customers
Managing your workload; ensuring work is prioritised appropriately
Carry out any ‘ad hoc’ assignments as and when required
Inbound and outbound phone calls
