Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic individual with the capability to convert and effectively manage Client Final Salary Pension and New Business enquiries. The Client Account Manager will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, providing detailed information about our services, and subsequently creating and managing client accounts through our internal systems. This role follows a specific and structured process to convert enquiries into leads, ensuring a seamless client journey until the funds arrive on our platform.
Responsibilities (with comprehensive systems training provided):
- Create and manage client accounts using a variety of technologies.
- Engage with clients via email, phone, and internal secure messaging systems to provide tailored information.
- Efficiently book appointments with our Head Office Financial Advisers, ensuring smooth coordination.
- Monitor and manage lead progress through our structured lead management process.
- Conduct secure document audits in adherence to company policies.
- Collaborate with various departments across the organization to facilitate a cohesive client experience.
- Serve as an ambassador, actively contributing to building and nurturing client relationships.
Requirements:
- Background in customer service or junior sales
- Willingness to learn and navigate multiple systems seamlessly.
- Provide regular updates to project leaders on account progress.
