Job Title:                                      Customer Service Coordinator

Location:                                     St Helens

Salary:                                          £26,000

Scope:                                           Provide customer service advise and support to our existing and new customers. Taking full responsibility of orders received to ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation is sustained.              

Working Hours:                            Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm

I am working on behalf of one of the UK’s leading HVAC manufacturers, specialising in Heating and ventilation.

Based in an ideal location, between Manchester and Liverpool,  my client offers a inclusive environment for an ambitious individual to thrive.

To work for this company, I will be able to:  


  • Process orders received from customers in SAP and generate the correct paperwork to enable the Warehouse /Logistic Manager to process customer’s requirements
  • To work closely with Warehouse/Logistics Manager and Production Supervisor
  • Promote company policies in respect of Health and safety and ISO 9000 policies
  • Were applicable maintain records required by ISO 9000
  • Knowledge and application of Customer Service procedures
  • Knowledge and application of QA procedures
  • Ability to communicate product information to the company’s customers
  • Ability to communicate via telephone and E-mail
  • Calling customers to provide a one-to-one service
  • Providing help and advice to customers, using the client’s products or services
  • Process Electronic Orders via EDI
  • Maintain a “Goods Return” record with the company’s IT system, enabling the Warehouse/Logistic manager to cross refer for any goods returned by customers
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as and when required

              

To work for this company, I will be:


  • Required Skill Set (Training, where appropriate, will be structured by Flamco)
  • SAP experience
  • Customer Service experience
  • Microsoft applications, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
