Customer Service Centre Advisor

Manpower are partnering with our prestigious client to find their next customer service centre advisor in Barnsley.
This role is a telephony-based role where you will support with incoming claims, phone customers to discuss the claim and talk through the repair process. Be available to answer phones to speak with both customers and work providers, providing updates and dealing with any queries, as well as doing some other updates.
We are looking for individuals who have a can do attitude and are willing to help everyone at site and be able to get stuck in and be flexible, but equally be able to have a laugh along the way.
The role comes with a salary of �25,800 along with bonus opportunities. (Core hours are 8am to 5pm) and a great benefits package for the right candidate!
