As a Savings Associate, you will work closely with the Savings Team Leader and team to deliver exceptional service for our customers, alongside general support to the wider business. Day to day tasks will include: Be the first point of contact with our savings customers on the phone and via email. Help customers with the opening and ongoing running of their accounts. Ensure accurate and timely response to customer queries. Met service level agreements for processes as specified by the Savings Manager. Liaise with the wider business, including Cash Operations, Change and Finance. Represent the Savings team including ross functional projects providing insight for process improvements. Ensure all retail processes are completed efficiently and accurately. Complaints to be dealt with effectively by following internal processes.

Exceptional customer service skills Good analytical and problem-solving skills Keen eye for detail Ability to prioritise with a focus on accurate, timely outcomes Ability to operate and help motivate in a team-orientated environment Customer service experience: financial services, retail, or hospitality High numeracy and literacy skills Excellent communication skills Preferably degree educated in a numerate discipline Customer service excellence Complaint handling
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Your working life will look likeThis role is based at our Manchester HQ, your weekly shift pattern will vary between the hours of 08:00- 18:00. You may be required to work across different areas of the business when appropriate.
