Taking, confirming, and inputting customer orders•
Liaising with customers•
Monitoring customers’ orders•
Inputting & updating purchase orders/amendments.•
Liaising with closely with Commercial, Supply Chain and Technical departments•
Ordering sample shipments to customers •
Reviewing and control of stock levels•
Requesting stock or inventory from warehouse•
Sending price quotes to customer•
Login opportunities & quotes on internal system•
Product reports Requirements•
Fluent Dutch or German Speaking & Writing•
Supply Chain knowledge and experience. •
Good IT Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, Navision)•
Able to communicate effectively, employing tact and discretion and demonstrating a genuine desire to provide a good service.
