What you will do
In this role you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors both face to face and on the telephone, receiving deliveries for the business and carrying out administrative duties.��
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering and forwarding calls
Receiving deliveries and booking in stock
Sorting and distributing post and deliveries
Raising purchase orders and receiving goods
Raising sales orders and booking out goods
Managing the use of the company pool car
Maintaining petty cash records and monitoring expenditure
Maintaining accurate records within the CRM
Maintaining office and kitchen supplies
Keeping the reception area and meeting room tidy
Skills and Experience required
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
Attention and accuracy to detail
Proficient with all Microsoft 365 programs (Outlook/Word/Excel)
Familiar with Hubspot/Slack/Xero desirable but training can be given
Ability to work independently as well as support the team at busy times
Must be flexible in their approach to tasks
