Customer Service Agent

Brook Street has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Agent to join an excellent organisation on a temporary basis for 3 months with the view for it being a longer-term position for the right candidate.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5 (35 hours a week)

Duties:

• Inbound Enquiries
• Updating CRM
• Email management

You must:

• excellent customer service
• work efficiently
• comfortable with Microsoft 365
