Customer Service Agent

WTW in Ipswich are looking for Customer Service Agents to join their Contact Centre team on a contract basis.

This would be handling inbound calls and emails, answering customer queries and updating databases,

�12.50 per hour, 3 month initial contract then moving to perm if successful.

Monday - Friday in office.

Responsibilities:
* Provide support to the administration team
* Answer the phones and respond to members queries
* Provide an efficient, professional service to meet all client/members' needs
* Communicate with members via email
* Make outbound calls when required
