Duties

• Handle incoming calls and queries from drivers efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information and support to resolve driver issues.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.

The Candidate

• Excellent Communication Skills - Both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Customer Service Experience - Previous experience in a customer-facing role
• Problem-Solving Abilities - Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues promptly.
• Team Player - �Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Flexibility - Availability to work one in three weekends as part of the schedule.
