We're currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our team at our Bristol Operation Centre ( BS10 7SF ).

Are you working evenings and/or weekends? Stuck on a salary that doesn't go anywhere? Receiving standard benefits? Nothing about Copart is standard. We offer 8am - 5pm working Monday to Friday, no bank holiday working and a salary that increases with the more you learn.
Our Customer Service Advisors are a dedicated team that are crucial to our operation, who promptly respond to high volume inbound and outbound calls from our customers, while maintaining our Service Level Agreements and timeframes.
They also assist our members and private traders with sales and return queries and provide administrative duties associated with documentation and compliance.
What do we need from you:
Excellent customer service skills
Great communication skills, both written and verbal
A clear and professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office and IT in general
Be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
