Customer Service Coordinator– Great Yarmouth – Immediate Start

Hales Group are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator with excellent administration skills to provide a comprehensive ‘one stop’ service for customers reporting general property related issues, then scheduling resources to ensure that customers are provided with a timely response.

This is a high paced customer services role, excellent telephone manner and IT skills are essential, good communication skills and customer service experience.

Duties will include:

Providing the first point of contact for tenant, housing officer and stake holder enquiries and providing appropriate advice and information on Housing Repairs and Maintenance.
The role will involve completing a variety of tasks such as answering high volumes of calls, completing emails, logging jobs and ensuring all customer data is accurate.
The role will involve providing a high level of service to our customers ensuring you provide a great first impression.

To be considered for this role you must;

Have an excellent level of customer service
Be an efficient and confident communicator
Excellent IT skills and telephone manner
Ideally have experience within call based customer service HOURS: 37 hours per week - Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm

DURATION: Temporary until October 2024

LOCATION: Great Yarmouth

PAY RATE: £11.44 per hour in the first 12 weeks
