Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a leading online retailer who is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Crowborough.

The job implies support and assistance within the sales office (order processing, outgoing and incoming phone calls, responding to enquiries) . You will report directly to the Head of Customer Service and you will work extremely close with the external sales team and the Dispatch/Warehouse & Purchasing Department.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, is Microsoft Office proficient, feels confident with daily office tasks and basic sales processes and thrives in working as a team. You will possess a great telephone manner, always pay attention to details, be reliable, dedicated, ideally a good decision maker and a problem solver. The willingness to learn is highly appreciated.

The position is an office based job, Monday - Friday from 08:30 - 17:00.

Key responsibilities:

• Answering incoming calls to your direct dial and switchboard when required.
• Dealing with customer enquiries in the sales in-box.
• Processing customers purchase orders and responding to them accordingly.
• Processing customers returns.
• Organising brochure requests.
• Provide strong customer service and maintain a healthy relationship with customers.
• Working hard to grow the business and provide excellent customer service.
• Ad-Hoc tasks when required.
• Assisting our Sales Representative's on the road with queries and Point of Sale Stock.

DUE TO THE LOCATION OF THE ROLE, YOU WILL NEED ACCESS TO YOUR OWN VEHICLE.
