Our client is a leading online retailer who is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their team in Crowborough.
The job implies support and assistance within the sales office (order processing, outgoing and incoming phone calls, responding to enquiries) . You will report directly to the Head of Customer Service and you will work extremely close with the external sales team and the Dispatch/Warehouse & Purchasing Department.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills, is Microsoft Office proficient, feels confident with daily office tasks and basic sales processes and thrives in working as a team. You will possess a great telephone manner, always pay attention to details, be reliable, dedicated, ideally a good decision maker and a problem solver. The willingness to learn is highly appreciated.
The position is an office based job, Monday - Friday from 08:30 - 17:00.
