Our Local Authority are currently looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join them on a temporary basis.
Location – Loughborough
Pay Rate – £11.44ph
20 Hours Per Week – Temporary Role – Around 3 months
We are looking for enthusiastic and committed part-time advisors to join our Customer Services team to deal with enquiries.
* You will have recent experience of providing information and advice to the public in a busy customer service environment, preferably telephone based, and be capable of handling a range of situations with tact, diplomacy and empathy.
* You will have excellent listening and communication skills, the ability to converse with all types of people, a polite and courteous attitude, and a commitment to providing excellent customer care.
* You will also be able to work well under pressure with a minimum of supervision while ensuring consistency and accuracy, and be proficient in the use of software systems, with good keyboard skills.
* Experience of working in front-line council services would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided
