Customer Service Advisor

Path2 are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors for roles for an accommodation client in the L3 area of Liverpool.

We are looking for people who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Do you have empathetic customer service skills, providing brilliant service to every customer you speak to? Then this would be the role for you.

The role duties include - Provide support to our customers queries regarding accommodation and financial help via phone, email and webchat, assisting customers to make changes,
Pay Rate is �12.35 per hour.

Hours of work�

• 37.5 hours a week
• between the hours 8:00am and 7:30pm
• Monday to Saturday
• on a three-week rolling rota.
• You will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between the hours of 9.00am and 5.30pm
