More about your role:


The Customer Service Advisor role will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries and providing appropriate advice and information. The post holder will be involved in consulting customers to find ways to meet their needs. The role will require communicating effectively with customers whether face to face, via the telephone or in writing. As a Customer Service Centre Advisor, you will be the students' point of contact to process student bookings, payments, and to address any welfare concerns that may arise.


Please note during the summer period 24th August-02nd September, you will be expected to work weekends.

To be successful within this role, experience in a Customer Service focused job is essential. You will enjoy communicating with people and have a passion for delivering great service. The ideal applicant will need to demonstrate good Excel skills, be solution-focused, and possess good administration skills. Additionally, you will need to organise student events, have initiative and drive, and step up in your role when needed.


You will have the ability to demonstrate a flexible and positive ‘can-do' attitude and to become quickly established to add value to the business.
