Details of the Customer Service Advisor position:

Salary: £23,260 + bonuses (OTE circa £25,700)
Holidays: 25 days + Bank Holidays
Set hours: Mon – Fri, either 8AM–4PM, 9AM-5PM or 10AM-6PM, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 9AM–1PM (this is paid additionally at time and a half)

Duties of the Customer Service Advisor:

You would be joining a busy Customer Service Department with a current team of 22 agents. Your main duties will be:

Answering a large volume of inbound calls and emails from customers and clients.
Updating customer records, dealing with direct debit enquiries, and printing off relevant documentation.
Responding to a multitude of inquiries and queries within the necessary deadlines.

Experience and Skills required:

To be successful in the Customer Service Advisor position you must have proven customer service experience, along with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet varying deadlines.

Education: GCSE’s grades A – C (4 – 9) in Maths and English as a minimum.
