Customer Service Advisor - Bristol � 25 - �26 K - DOE - Office based

Mon - Fri 09.00 - 17.30 NO Weekends !

Search are exclusively working with a business based just outside Bristol who are looking to add a Customer Support Specialist to their team to keep up with demand.

As a member of the Customer Support team you will be responsible for thousands of customer and supporting them through their lifecycle.

Duties:

  • Support customers through the year with updates and touch points where you need to update their paperwork.
  • Ensure the email inbox is managed and customers and clients are replied to within a timely manner
  • Dealing with all after sales queries
  • Be the middle person between the customer and client and look to resolve queries on both sides

Experience required:

  • Phone based experience preferably within a call centre environment
  • Experience in working within a paceful role
  • Ability to work accurately to a high standard while under pressure
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Good It skills
  • Excellent communicator written and verbally
