The role duties include - Provide support to our customers queries regarding accommodation and financial help via phone, email and webchat, assisting customers to make changes,

Pay Rate is �12.35 per hour.
�
Hours of work - 37.5 hours a week between 8:00 and 19:30 Monday to Saturday on a three-week rolling rota. You will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between the hours of 9.00 and 17.
