Customer Service Advisor

Our established client in Manston is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with immediate effect.
This role is initially a temporary assignment with the view to make the successful candidate a permanent member of the team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing online, telephone and email orders from customers, handle telephone and email correspondence, take payments, account manage and offer promotional products to customers.
As Customer Service Advisor, our client is looking for a professional, proactive and friendly candidate with a great telephone manner who has experience of working directly with customers.
Due to the location of the site you will need to have your own transport.
Full training and support will be provided and while training you will be working Monday to Friday.
Whilst training you will work Monday to Friday. On completion of training, you will be working on a rota basis which will include working two Saturdays per month. When working a Saturday you will get a day off in the week.
