Customer Service Advisor

Signature are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a successful, well-known Somerset based FMCG business in the hunt for a Customer Service Advisor. They are looking for someone to work on a temporary basis.
Youd be joining a small team, so its important you share the companys values -theyre a very friendly bunch and looking for someone similar to slot into the team. Ideally, youll have some experience in consumer services to really be able to come in and hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

Accurately process customer orders via email and other online platforms using the sales system

Communicate directly with customers with regards to new product data, ensuring accurate input into the sales system to ensure a successful transfer to customer websites and internal data

Work with Third Party Logistics company to ensure a smooth running of logistics
