Customer Service Advisor

Location: Office Based, Potters BarWorking Hours: 9am to 5pm, - Hybrid after probationSalary: Circa £24k - £25k Are you a Customer Service Advisor looking for their next opportunity within the Finance industry, or a recent graduate on the lookout to start their career in the financial world?Do you love all things customer service, administration and are a peoples person? Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. Your day to day role will involve:
Act as the point of contact for customers and take responsibility for the full customer processLearn and advise customers on the different financial products and services on offer for themAnswer incoming calls and enquiriesBuild and maintain relationships both externally and internally What you will need to succeed:
A strong personality who loves working with peopleAkeen eye for detail—you spot typos even in your dreams!Excellent communication & customer service skills – you love people and the people love you!Proven experience in an administrative support role in a similar environmentHave a brilliant ‘Can-do’ attitude, nothing is too much for you!
