Full Job DescriptionIn the Customer Adviser role you'll be passionate about providingcustomers with an expert and personal experience, making it clear thethings they value are in safe hands at Direct Line Group.Oursalary package starts from £23,400.You'll alsohave an opportunity to earn an additional bonus up to £4200 per annumfor sales roles (dependent on the role and yourperformance).Apply now for our 2024 start dates. Full time37.5 hours per week.What you'll be doing:nIn our Sales rolesyou'll take calls, help with queries, find the right product for theirneedsor you will behelping keep customers safe onthe roadside when they have broken down or support them through aclaim which is upsetting for many.nIn all roles you will be supportingour customers, you'll work to targets to achieve team and individualgoals.nOur customer service teams are available between Monday -Friday 08:00 – 21:15, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 –17:00.nOu r Greenflag Rescue teams are available Monday- Sunday 06.00- 22.00.nOur Claims teams are available between Monday - Friday 08:00– 20.00, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 and Sunday 10:00 – 17:00.nIn theseroles you'll work shifts across these hours which we'll share moreabout in your interview and your 6-8 weeks training will be discussedduring your application.What you'll need:n...
