My client is looking for a highly organised Customer Service Advisor to join their small but busy team supporting clients with orders, queries and delivery arrangements. You will be comfortable using Microsoft Office to sort and analyse large amounts of data and enjoy working collaboratively with other departments.

Customer Service Advisor key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Receiving orders & inputting onto system
• Maintaining the customer service inbox
• Arranging deliveries and collections
• Remotely action reconfiguration changes
• Answering calls from customers regarding stock and general enquiries
• Maintaining stock levels
• Updating the company database.
• Providing administrative support to the technical advisors on the help desk

Customer Service Advisor Attributes:

• A team player, happy to support colleagues
• Someone who is happy to answer the phone
• Customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
