Position: Outbound Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client is seeking highly motivated individuals to join their Outbound Customer Service team in Gateshead. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound customer service calls to existing customers, keeping them informed of updates
  • Provide product and service information, responding to customer queries with excellent communication skills
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective problem-solving
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our client's system
  • Collaborate with your team and other departments to promptly resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in outbound customer service or customer service is preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet
  • Familiarity with in-house systems and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a full-time, temporary position for a minimum of 12 weeks, working Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM until 05:00 PM. You will be based onsite with the option for hybrid working.
