Hours: Mon – Fri 09:00 – 17:30 (Hybrid)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Global Insurance company, who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their Travel Insurance team in Brighton. You would be joining the claims department.

Customer Service Advisor responsibilities

• Communicating with customers and clients over the phone.


• Managing an inbox


• Assess claims in comparison to the companies’ policies.


• Assist customers through the processes.


• Work to hit targets and objectives.

Customer Service Advisor requirements

• Provide excellent customer service.


• Good telephone manner


• Customer service and Admin experience – Within an office.
