Customer Service Advisor

Path2 are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor for roles for an insurance client based in the L37 area of Liverpool.

The role duties include - Provide support to our customers queries regarding insurance policies via phone, email and webchat, assisting customers to make changes to customers policies, helping with customer queries over direct debit payments, Identifying and assessing customer needs.

Pay Rate is �11.47 per hour to �14.00.

Hours of work - 37.5 hours a week between 8:00am and 19:30pm Monday to Saturday on a three-week rolling rota. You will only need to work 1 in 3 Saturdays between the hours of 9.00am and 17.30
