Our Prestige client in Wetherby is recruiting for Office Administrator/Customer Care Advisor to join there expanding team. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is experienced in verbal and written communications. Their ethos is less corporate and more personable with team members empowered to grow within their own role.



You will be joining a growing business with an opportunity to make a difference, looking to continually develop & improve the services supplied.



To provide the highest standard of administrative support, organisation and customer service across the business.



You will be the main point of initial contact for general customer enquiries and requests and will be responsible for providing communication and administrative support across a broad range of tasks, including:




  • Responding to emails, phone calls and ad hoc enquiries in a responsive and professional manner.

  • Drafting correspondence to help solve internal and external puzzles.

  • Carrying out customer surveys throughout the year, analysing and collating the data, summarising key points.

  • Administrative and data entry work, ensuring data is kept updated and recorded accordingly.

  • Welcoming new clients & customers.

  • Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner.



We are looking for someone with a friendly and positive attitude who does not shy away from a challenge. You must have excellent administrative & customer service skills, as well as highly organised and able to use your own initiative whilst working in a fast-paced environment.



You must have -




  • Excellent and keen attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Excellent time management, with the ability to prioritise.

  • Strong collaborative and teamwork effort.

  • Self-motivated and able to use own initiative.

  • The ability to build rapport, creating strong working relationships.



The ideal applicant will have




  • Experience in office-based Support/Customer Service role.

  • A minimum of 2+ years telephone based customer service.

  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English.

  • Previous data entry and/or office administration experience.

  • An excellent and professional telephone manner and be comfortable receiving and making telephone calls.

  • A can-do attitude and the enthusiasm and drive to achieve.



This is a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm. 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. . Salary �24,150pa
