Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in central Bracknell are looking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team to support them through a time of increased workload. You will be responsible for providing excellent first contact support via a range of contact points including email, live chat, social media, and telephone.

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work. We're looking for motivated, team players who are available immediately.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Answering incoming calls
• Responding to emails and messages via social media
• Providing outstanding customer care
• Updating the CRM to ensure another team member could pick up on a query and they would have all the history available to read
• Supporting the team with administrative duties

What we are looking for:

• Ability to work in a fast paced and reactive environment with strong multi-tasking skills
• Effective and confident communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is essential for you to hit the ground running
• Previous experience in working within a call centre would be an advantage
• Highly organised and productive
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook

Title: Customer Service Support, Temporary position

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 weeks

Pay Rate: �12.30 per hour

Location: Bracknell - Fully Office based with onsite parking available

Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
