My client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their Busy Client Services Team. The role is the key to enabling their engineers to install, repair or service equipment within time agreed. This role will involve calling commercial companies to book in an engineer visit. You will be checking reports as well as calling and taking calls from Engineers. The role requires great customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
Customer Service Advisor Key Responsibilities:

• Appointment booking for engineers by phone and email
• Taking calls from Engineers
• Liaising with customers and engineers to proactively arrange assistance and deal with any concerns
• Provide internal customer support to the Engineers by phone and email
• Managing and filling Engineer schedules
• Collaboration with Engineers to meet Business needs

Customer Service Advisor Key Personal Attributes required for the role are:

• Customer focused; can identify and respond to customer requirements
• Ability to prioritise own workload and be accountable for their own workload
• Flexible, willing and able to cope with change with the ability to work under pressure
• Positive and enthusiastic with a can do attitude
• Good level of written and spoken English
• Good level of Microsoft office 365, specially around MS teams and Excel
• Able to navigate a variety of systems to complete daily tasks
