The Role:

The ideal candidate will be someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and who is looking for the internal promotion opportunities available. You will have the ambition and drive to meet realistic targets you will be a natural builder of rapport, engaging in effortless conversation with members, which will return sales opportunities. Strong written communication skills are important for this role and most importantly you will become a trusted adviser and the voice of authority to your clients. You will be nurtured and recognised as a pivotal part of a dynamic, supportive and successful team, who celebrate each other's achievements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and initiate cross-selling opportunities/activities
  • Introduce Financial Services to both new and existing clients
  • Take responsibility for own sales metrics
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of products and achieve product licenses within agreed timeframes
  • Administer client instructions to meet compliance standards including processing and dispatch of documentation within required timeframes and quality standards
  • Deal with insurance claims within authority levels and in accordance with claims standards
  • Develop and sustain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, both internally and externally
