decco are looking for a customer service advisor to join a fast-growing utilities company in Peterborough City Centre. This role is suitable for someone with excellent customer service skills who has experience working in a call centre. You must be comfortable speaking to customers over the phone and responding to enquiries via email and webchat.
Please note: This job role includes shift work, including early morning, evenings, and weekends. The earliest shift starts at 6am- 6pm and the latest shift is 11am to 11pm. This will be on a 4 on 4 off rota.You will be required to work all shift patterns and this is not working from home, it is all office based.

This role is suitable for an individual with empathy, patience, and resilience as you will be dealing with a high volume of calls from customers. The ideal candidate will be able to provide evidence of high levels of customer service and a good work ethic.
