Hours of Work: 8.15 am – 4.45pm Monday – Friday. 1 Hour Lunch 37.5 hours. 

Location: Office Based

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor for an ongoing temporary vacancy.  While the vacancy is temporary there maybe an opportunity for you to join the business in a permanent position.

Duties will include:

• To provide an efficient customer service to all customers.
• To provide an effective telephone service, dealing with all enquiries.
• Maintain and update all information.
• Update customers on progress of case.
• Phone contractors to establish an understanding of where there are for the project and estimate on closure.
• Deal with customer enquiries.

Requirements

• You will be a confident communicator able to answer all enquiries and phone customers in a polite and courteous manner.
• Able to complete tasks to company requirement.
• Be able to talk to lots of different levels of people.
• Present yourself in a polite and confident manner both using the phone within the business.
• Be presentable and punctual.
• You must be able to start immediately for this position.
