As a Customer Service Advisor, your role is to ensure an outstanding and positive customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in customer interactions, addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information regarding services.
Duties will include:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns effectively.

Skills and experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or similar role.
