Customer Service Advisor

Our established client in Manston is looking for a Customer Service Advisor with immediate effect.

This role is initially a temporary assignment with the view to make the successful candidate a permanent member of staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing online, telephone and email orders from customers, handle telephone and email correspondence, take payments, account manage and offer promotional products to customers.

As Customer Service Advisor, our client is looking for a professional, proactive and friendly candidate with great telephone manner. Due to the location of the position, our client is looking for a candidate who holds a current driving licence.

Full training and support will be provided and while training you will be working Monday to Friday.

After training, you will be working on a rota basis which will include working 2 Saturdays per month however, you will be given a day off in the week on Saturday working weeks.

Salary: �10.42 raising to �11.44 from April.
