The role of Customer Service Advisor in brief:
- Deal with all Hire enquiries within the given area
- Assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, generate sales, whilst achieving customer service satisfaction and KPI's.
- Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
- You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
