If you can answer yes to any of these, then please read on, asthis is a super opportunity to join a business who have ambitious plansmoving forward and love everything pet related We are working exclusivelywith a growing Pet Insurance business, near Winchester who are now lookingto add to their Customer Service team. They are a small, but friendlybunch, currently 9 strong in Winchester, where they are based in a stunningbarn conversion in New Alresford. This is a key front-line role in a smallbut busy inbound customer contact team. You will be based up to 3 days perweek in their lovely offices in the Hampshire countryside and work with ateam of pet loving, customer focused colleagues. You will have strongrapport building and customer focused communication skills and be able towork to agreed service levels and metrics. As a regulated business, theywill provide you with regular, on-going training to ensure you have all thenecessary knowledge and skill to perform the role. Your day-to-day role isall about providing exceptional customer service, over the phone and viaemail In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have asparkling telephone manner, with a minimum of 12 months experience workingwithin the insurance sector or a previous customer service role.On offer isa salary of £22,000 per annum for those without insurance experience and£23k for those with some insurance experience. Office opening hours areMonday to Friday – 8am-6am, where you will be required to work shifts(8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm) You will also be required to work 1 in 4Saturdays 9am-1pm but will be given time off in lieu the following week.They have a hybrid working scheme in place currently – full time agentswork from home 2 days a week. Please note this is a full-time role, howeverthey may also consider those with insurance experience who want part timehours too.
