You will be handling customer service queries over the phone and via email in French and in English for global companies. You will be expected to meet the company's KPI targets and provide high standards of customer service.
This role would suit a French speaking person with experience in customer service, looking to work for a company who invests in their employees and offer hybrid working after probation.

The Role:

• Providing high standards of customer service (phone calls, emails)
• Speaking French and English to assist the international customers
• Handling queries and directing them appropriately
• Meeting company targets

The Person:

• Fluent in French and English
• IT proficient for Microsoft
• Customer service experience
• Commutable to Slough
