Ideally, you’ll have worked previously in a contact centre environment or in a similar customer facing role.
You will also be eligible for an up to 10% Annual Bonus.
31 days annual leave plus 6 public holidays;

Edinburgh Park, EH12 9SE - part and full time opportunities available. Office based.
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - no evenings or weekends giving a great work life balance.
We’ll give you all the training and support required to be successful in the role. We’ll tell you about the water industry, train you on our systems and coach you on the way we do things at Business Stream. It’s a busy time but we promise you’ll soon feel confident and ready to start helping our customers.
