Customer Service Advisor – National Customer Contact Centre £22,754 Rotherham Grade- Staff Grade 2 Permanent, Full and Part Time About us We now require additional team members to join our team as Customer Service Advisors in our National Customer Contact Centre. If you have great customer service skills and a passion for the environment, you can play an important role in helping our customers do the right thing and support our work. Youwill be required to have an incident role and makeyourself available to respond to incidents or, provide business continuitysupport during an incident. This may attractan additional payment and full training and workplace adjustments will be available tosupportyou with your incident role.
Our full-time roles mean you will be working 37 hours per week across Monday – Friday on a fixed shift pattern, but we can offer part time positions working as little as 22 hours per week. What do I need? We will provide all the training and support, you’ll need. The most important thing we are looking for is a passion for providing great customer service and the resilience to succeed. You will need to demonstrate experience of working as a team and some customer service experience in your application. What’s in it for you?
