We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for.Based at our Darlington office, this is a fantastic opportunity for a positive, friendly, customer focused candidate looking for opportunities within the Insurance and Financial Services Sector.About the role:Your role will include dealing with enquiries specifically regarding our current customer’s motor, personal and commercial insurance policies. You will also provide quotations for clients new to NFU Mutual. Your role will include handling and actioning administrative changes to their policies. Customer interaction will be over the telephone or face to face in the office, where you will build relationships with our loyal customers. You will also provide administrative support via post and email as well as perform other office duties as required with ‘can-do’, pro-active enthusiasm.Previous customer interaction experience is desirable but not essential although you will be expected to bring a positive, people orientated approach to everything you do. You will relish being part of a truly customer focussed team.
