In this role, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking is second nature. Your main responsibilities will involve providing proactive and responsive service to enhance customer retention, managing policy administration and queries with professionalism, and offering expert support and advice to customers. Additionally, you'll play a key role in maintaining accurate records and assisting with queries related to potential and ongoing claims.

The successful candidate will possess excellent customer care and administration skills, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication abilities. You should be adept at managing your workload, meeting deadlines, and collaborating effectively within a team. Demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and commitment is essential, and a proactive approach to continuous professional development is expected. This is a Monday- Friday (with shifts between 8am-7pm) position with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings with a salary starting of �24,500. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is required, along with a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A-C, including English, Maths, and Science.
