This is a full-time role working from Tuesday to Saturday (Sunday and Monday would be your weekend).
Tues 12-8, Weds 8.30-4.30, Thurs 9-5, Fri 12-8 & Sat 8.30-4.30. We would also consider people looking for part time work.
Duties:
Handling inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy.
Providing accurate information and assistance on a range of products and services.
Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and promote additional banking products.
Adhering to compliance and security protocols to ensure the safety of customer information.
Helping customers with email, phone, and live chat queries.
Responding to queries and comments via Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Answering general queries about the website and mobile app.
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment, but would also consider from retail and other sectors.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
A passion for helping others.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in computer systems

The starting salary for this role is �22,880 with regular increases as your experience grows. To keep you motivated, there is also a performance related reward scheme which ranges from �500 to �1000 every 6 months.
