CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR (Minimum 6 months office experience required)

* £23,000 (Rising to £25,000 after successful passing of probation)

Do you possess:

- A minimum of 6 months office experience?
- PC literacy - with good typing skills? (Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook are preferable)
- Good written and verbal communications?
- An ability to self-manage your own busy workload and work within a team environment, helping others, when needed?
- A willingness to be flexible if / when the business requires?
- An ability to take day to day decisions and complete work within company-set deadlines? (In order to ensure all cases are processed as per the SLAs)?

Our client, a hugely successful organisation based in Wokingham, have a current opening for a Customer Services Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team.

The purpose of your role is to provide high quality telephone and administrative services in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner. You will be liaising with customers, clients, and other parties by phone to facilitate appointments and to support all parties with any queries that arise.

Administrative duties
• Making and receiving calls to and from customers as well as 3rd parties
• Arranging appointments
• Case management
• Making outbound calls for progression updates.
• Providing quality administrative support (with good attention to detail when updating the system)
• Assisting customers, external business contacts and 3rd parties via the telephone, e-mail or in-house system.
• Ensuring all new instructions are entered on the system accurately
• Processing email and post queries received into the team, as required
• Ensuring all new instructions are processed accurately on the system
• Chasing documentation via telephone and e-mails
• Ensuring Service Level Agreements are maintained daily
• Maintaining accurate data records, using Microsoft Office and in-house systems
• Uploading documents onto the system
• Supporting requests of external parties
• Completing all general administration duties required
