We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Customer Service Administrator to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting customer service operations, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong administrative capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Duties:

* Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions.

* Prepare and manage customer documentation, including contracts, invoices, and reports.

* Address and resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly.

* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure swift resolution of customer problems.

* Identify opportunities to enhance customer service procedures and suggest improvements.

* Generate regular reports on customer service activities, feedback, and issues.

* Update and maintain customer databases and CRM systems.

The Ideal Candidate

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Proficiency in using office software (e.g., MS Office Packages).

* Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

* Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential.

* Own transport due to location.
