Stafforce are recruiting an experienced and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our well established client in the Grimsby area on a temp to perm basis.

Our client are rated as " Excellent " on Trust Pilot due to there exceptional customer service team, could you be the next person to join the dynamic team?

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm

Pay: starting at £11.44 P/H with regular salary reviews

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Answering telephones
Amending orders
Arranging Deliveries / Collections
Responding to customer queries
Suggesting alternative products
Refunds
Checking stock levels
Processing returns

Experience required:

Previous Customer Service experience essential
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent telephone manner
Computer literate
A passion for providing 5 star customer experience
